• You accept our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
• Razer Creator Hub's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
• You will be notified by email if you are eligible for the program. You accept and acknowledge that all decisions are final, and eligibility will be determined solely by Razer based on criteria including but not limited to creator outreach, brand relevance, and resonance with creator's own and Razer's audiences.
• By signing up for the #RazerCreator program, you agree to receive emails from Razer about any news, promotions or activities associated with the program.
• To participate in a Razer Bounty, you must use at least one Razer Hardware product as specified for each Razer Bounty for your content and tag @Razer on the relevant social media pages where applicable.
• You hereby grant Razer a worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use or repost any Razer bounty content created by you on our social platforms, website, or for any other advertising purposes including e-tail.
• You accept and acknowledge that you are participating in a community program designed to encourage and promote content creation. When publishing or posting posts or videos about Razer or its products or services in connection with the #RazerCreator program, you must clearly disclose your material connection with Razer, if any.
• By participating in the #RazerCreator program, you also agree that you will not concurrently participate in any other similar content creator programs with competitors of Razer.
• Razer reserves the right to moderate, modify or remove any person and content which we deem inappropriate or offensive. Further, Razer reserves the right to request removal of any posts or videos from your social media sites or any other websites you have reasonable control over in which you publish content in connection with the #RazerCreator program and you agree to remove any such posts or videos promptly after request by Razer.
• Razer has the absolute discretion to suspend or discontinue your participation in the #RazerCreator program for inappropriate conduct or any conduct that violates our Terms of Service. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations applicable in connection with the #RazerCreator program. Razer shall not be ultimately responsible or liable for any content you create or otherwise make publicly available through your participation in the #RazerCreator program. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Razer from any third-party claims arising from any breaches of your obligation to comply with all applicable laws and regulations described herein.
• #RazerCreator program is not available to employees of Razer or its affiliates, and their immediate family members.
